This is a classic case of a partially blocked main jet. However, you might have hit something with the blades and damaged the shear-pin. Have you had problems stating?
Anyway, remove the brass nut under the carburetor bowel and clean the brass nut. Blow out the main jet with compressed air (if you have it available) or use a small long pin to poke up and clear any blockage.
