Who can help me with these algebra problems?

Please, I need the answers asap. Please show also the solution.
1.)It takes Louis 1 hour longer to mow the lawn than it takes Rowelle. If working together they can mow the lawn in 4 hours, how long would it take each boy to do the work alone?
2.)A stone is thrown downward with an initial velocity of 5m/s from the top of a 100 m tall building. After how many seconds will it reach the ground? What is the stone's final velocity?
3.)A car traveling at a constant velocity of 3m/s is accelerated at the rate of 4m/s squared. How many seconds will it take the car to travel a distance of 100 m?
4.)The perimeter of a rectangle is 300 cm. Find the dimensions of the rectangle that will give the maximum area.
5.)Mandy has 400 m of wire fence to be used in constructing a rectangular pen for his chickens. If the wall of his house will serve as one side of the pen, what would be the maximum area of the pen?

1)Louis takes time l to mow the lawn and Rowelle take time r to mow the lawn.
l = r + 1hours
(l+r)/2 =4 hours because together they do the lawn in 4 hours
so l + r = 8 hours but l = r + 1
so 8 = r + 1 + r
so 7 = 2r and r =3.5 hours and l = 4.5hours

2)Initial speed = 5m/s and gravity accelarates the stone 10m/s^2.
So after 1 second its speed is 15m/s and after 2s its speed is 25m/s and after the 3rd second its speed is 35m/s and after 4 seconds its speed is 45m/s. So in the first 5 seconds it travels 5 + 15 + 25 + 35 + 45 = 125m so in 4.44s (approx) and the stone is travelling at approx 45m/s but its final velocity is zero because it stops when it hits the ground.

3) In the first second it travels 3m in the next second its speed is 7m/s and it travels 7m. So in the first 2 seconds it travels 3 + 7 m = 10m
so in the nth second it will travel 3 + 4 x (n-1) = 4n -1,
So in the first t seconds the car travels sum for n = 1,.....t of 4n -1 which we want to be 100,
In the first 7 seconds the car travels 3 + 7 + 11 + 15 + 19 + 23 + 27 = 105m, So the car travels 100m in approx 6 .74 seconds.

4)300 = 2 (Length + Width) and want to maximize length times width which is the area.
So L(ength) = 150 - W(idth)
Area is W (150 - W) = 150W - W^2 which is at a maximum when W = 75 so the rectangle is actually a square whose sides are all 75 cm and whose area is 75 x 75 = 5625cm^2

5) If h is one side of the rectangle - then the side opposite it is also h. The other 2 sides are each l.
So h + 2l = 400m, h = (400 - 2l)m and area is h x l which is (400 - 2l)l m^2 (want to maximize this)
Which I think is when h = 200m and l = 100m which gives an area of 20,000m^2
