ok I took a Briggs & Stratton has never had a problem from its most recent 03 as the model of 6.5?

and put on a boat motor spline welded welded to the bottom plate and bolted in place, but I do not have gas now that we have done this all you need now nice if you add fuel to carb manually like pouring a little in it runs for 1 second then turns off as try main fuel, but not carbohydrate got fuel in the bowl and the float is good, so it's clean needle carb tried everything I know that new joint pear / air filter and nothing starts if you pour gas as a bottle, but will not stay running where is the fuel pump i cannot find how it fuel pump? it has a drain in the carburetor through the air filter, but does not seem to really do something important how this possible fuel pump?

I guess the fuel tank is above the carburetor, it has no fuel pump, it depends on gravity feed. Disconnect the fuel line and carburetor make sure that the flow of fuel. Except that the carburetor is the question. I know you said you've cleaned, but it does not allow fuel to the engine so it has some thing, whether in the main jet or the float valve / seat.
